For candidates

Real roles. Real stipends. No guessing.

Every internship on InternRelay shows what it pays and what you'll actually be doing before you apply. Here's exactly how it works.

How to apply

Five steps from browsing to hearing back

  1. Create a free candidate account

Name, email, and a password -- no application fees, no premium tiers to unlock roles.

  2. Browse open roles

Search by keyword or scan by category. Every listing shows the stipend and whether it's remote or onsite.

  3. Read the actual role details

Each job page includes the real description and deliverables the employer wrote -- not just a title.

  4. Apply with a short note

A few sentences on why you're a fit for that specific role. Generic notes are easy to spot -- be specific.

  5. Check your status anytime

Your dashboard lists every application and its status -- pending, accepted, or not this time.

What to expect

Your application note is your first impression

There's no separate profile builder to fill out today -- your account (name and email) plus the note you write on each application is what an employer sees. That makes the note itself worth spending a minute on.

A quick checklist before you hit apply

  • Name one specific thing from the job description you're excited about.
  • Mention one relevant skill, project, or course -- not a generic strength.
  • Say why now / why this role, in a sentence.
  • Check the stipend and remote/onsite status match what you're looking for.
